Resource Management |
Within TeamWorks people are organised into resource pools, roles and skills. This helps you keep track of the people and capabilities you have in each area of the organisations.
Using the resource dashboards, you can see when your teams are over utilised or have capacity to take on more work. Skill or capability shortfalls can be identified based on committed and requested projects and analysed by job role.
In many organisations detailed project plans are not available when organising who is working on what. So TeamWorks lets you forecast and allocate resource to projects using a high level resource planner.
Key metrics in resource centric organisations such as utilisation and chargeability can be viewed as both forecasts and actual historic data.
