iPlanWare PPM Pricing

Unlike many PPM vendors, we don't think one size fits all - each organisation has unique needs.

You can choose to install on your server or use our SaaS service.
We have different editions targeted to different organisational needs.
Not all users want to do the same things in iPlanWare - so iPlanWare offers four license types.

iPlanWare SaaS (hosted)

Pricing for our SaaS solution ranges from around £150 - £290 per user per year. This includes help desk support and product upgrades.

iPlanWare On-Premises (on your server)

For on premises solutions, prices range from around £195 - £410 per user. These are one time license fees. You can then sign up to an optional help desk support and product upgrade package which is charged yearly.

License types

Each license type varies in terms of accessibility and functionality:

Manager license. Typically a project, resource or programme manager, PMO user or portfolio manager.
Dashboard license. Typically an executive or stakeholder who needs to keep check on project and portfolio status.
Team member license. A project resource receiving tasks and optionally completing a timesheet.
View license. A limited license that lets the user raise project requests and view work items assigned to them.

Minimum purchase of 5 licenses / subscriptions.
Annual software assurance agreement available for on premises solutions (provides upgrades and support).
Upgrades and support included in subscription fee for SaaS / hosted solutions.

24 / 48 month pre pay discounts available on SaaS solution.
All prices in GBP and exclude VAT and taxes, which will be additionally payable at the prevailing rate.

Edition Comparison

Professional Edition

iPlanWare Professional Edition offers organisations of all sizes a comprehensive project, time and resource management solution.

Professional Edition customers are typically smaller organisations or a workgroup within a bigger organisation.

Enterprise Edition

iPlanWare Enterprise Edition provides features larger organisations need to deliver project success and extend it across the whole enterprise.

iPlanWare Enterprise Edition customers have access to advanced features including portfolio management, project selection, capacity planning and resource forecasting PLUS all the features of Professional Edition.
